October – Virginia Wine Month

October is Virginia Wine Month.  Harvest is in full-swing, the tasting rooms are bustling and the mountains are a thing of color and beauty. We will enjoy crisp, clear days, cool nights, bright leaves to see and purple grapes hanging on the vines. Here are some October happenings at the local wineries.
